FBIZ agency invited me to develop the illustration of the concept poster and to paint the typography alphabet and symbols for the Santos FC + WWF campaign.
The campaign motto was to bring awareness of the plastic waste being generated and polluting the oceans, a matter which I personally believe in its importance.
The creative team's idea was to relate the club's mascot which is an animal endangered by pollution, and has been since 1921 when was a fish, other sea animals by the years and then in 2006 a couple of whales.
The symbol of the campaign is the Club's mascot being choked by a six-pack of plastic waste.

First round sketches with the character in more of a a human form and testing the positions, then the change for the animal body and refinement of position.
Based on the choosen sketch i could paint it with watercolor a final version of the illustration in layers for further manipulation of the imagem.

The campaing included products that were developed by the agency's creative team using the poster illusttration and typography and actions during a game in 25th August 2019.
